We work with subcontractors for a variety of different reasons. We determine if a subcontractor is needed for your specific project once we meet with you and discuss it further. For example, if your work requires a lot of demolition, we may hire a general contractor to assist with that aspect. When you work with us, we help to streamline the process of working with several different companies to achieve your project goals.

We have over 20 years of experience in the field of residential and commercial electrical work. Whether your entire house or commercial building needs to be rewired, or you simply need help with a permit to add a new outlet, no task is too big or too small.

In many cases, the electrical work that we perform will require obtaining a permit through the city. If you are experienced with this process, a homeowner can apply for permits for their own home. However, because there are scheduling and meetings involved with the city, it is usually in a homeowner’s best interest for us to handle this process from start to finish.

Timelines are really specific to each individual project. Some small projects take just one day, while other more complex assignments can take several weeks to a month. Because permitting is required in many instances, and this takes time, it is reasonable to expect to be working together for at least one week.
